i wrote this post back in 2014 lol but it has been sitting in the drafts box for a long time, not sure why but after rereading it i thought it would be a waste not to publish it so yeah. haha.

I've read a witchcraft au fic-JungLi centric the other day and it was GLORIOUS. been inspired by that and i started to make a playlist of songs that's remind me of those badass witches who love to wear black and doesnt need a man to rule the world.

f(x) is really, really rare and i like them for that. they give me this kind of rebel, quirky, bratty vibes and while they change like chameleons every comeback, they still had these vibes-and it was effortless. they didnt need to be try-hards, they were sort of born with that. Those qualities in the other hand fits the persona of a witch, really,really perfectly. fit like a glove tbh. I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS LIKE MILLIONS OF TIME. when shinee done a concert 'The wizard' last year i was like estatic-because shinee was suppose to be f(x)'s male counterpart-meaning that if shinee were wizards, f(x) would be, yes , witches. AND THEIR FRKG SONGS SAYS IT ALL OK. and i read somewhere that Red Light comeback suppose to have the 'witch concept' and i think they nailed it. flawless and badass witches.

anyways that wasnt the point here, as i was playing the playlist-i thought some of these songs can fit each of the girls perfectly-as a witch. the term of 'witch' here wasnt quite literally though. it was just i listen to these certain songs and it reminds me of each members so here is it-

Victoria-Toxic (Yael Naim)

victoria sends this kinda dangerous femme fatale enigma when i first saw her red light teaser pictures. i can actually imagine her as some kind of beautiful witch who people assume as innocent, and her attraction was rather deadly. she lure men;just to finish them off by making them drink her potions.

Sulli-Obedear (Purity Ring)

this song is magically ethereal and innocent. a bit pure-i think this suits Sulli to a T. i can picture her being some kind of misunderstood and probably sick;mentally wise. she trapped in her own imaginary world to escape the painful reality and cant seem to get out.

Luna-Black Sheep (Gin Wigmore)

Yay for this. i think this suits Luna like flawlessly. she was especially bad ass in Red Light promotion, the underdog who proves that she could also have her own spotlight. Luna-the badass witch who have the most power.instead of being hunted, she hunts the witch hunters. she's fearless and would do anything to stand her own rights.

Krystal-My Medicine (The Pretty Reckless)

i'm pretty conflicted with krystal's. because she's literally a chameleon, throws her any concept, she'll rock it like no others. Her first teaser, though, vaguely reminds me of TPR's vocalist so yeah.
My Medicine is rock and roll , badass, dark and hot at the same time and those qualities are pure krystal. LIKE CAN U IMAGINE HER W EARING LEATHER JACKET AND THEN RIDE ON A BIG MOTORBIKE LIKE A BADASS MOTHERFCKR SHE IS bcs i do. Soojung is the offbeat, wild, troubled girl who always knew there was something wrong with herself-she thought it was because all the drugs she taken but she later figure out that she's actually a witch. she never really regrets it though, she enjoys being a witch.

Amber-Female Robbery (The Neighbourhood)

i save the best for the last! Amber was the hardest to figure out though lol. this song is depressing and that kinda collides with Amber's personality but this is what i've pictured when i saw her teaser pictures. she's a broken, fragile piece of soul who never felt like she's belong. that's change though after meeting those who share her fate.

i'm infatuated with all of these witchy thingy not because its dark magic or anyting but rather becaus e the persona of a witch itself (well atleast like what i picture them as) they were strong, independent ladies who were outcasts, off-beat individuals who society never accepted, never glorified like princess and damsel in distress always do just bcs they're different. they do not put their trust on man , but rather themselves.
